Ordering Terms
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices quoted are in Canadaian dollars, F.O.B. our factory.
Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Where possible, all shipments will be forwarded on a COLLECT BASIS.
When special circumstances prevent shipment being forwarded collect, the customer will be billed for freight charges.
All frieght charges are due and payable on receipt of invoice in the currency specificed.
- Unless otherwise agreed to at the time the order is placed, all invoices are due and payable thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
Invoices unpaid on their due date (e.g. 30 days) are subject to interest charges of 24% per annum.
- We endeavor to keep limited quantities of regular stock items available for rush shipments when required.
However, customers are requested to place orders approximately 6 to 8 weeks in advance of requested shipping dates.
This will ensure your delivery as scheduled and will eliminate unnecessary production costs.
All orders requiring shipment within two business days will have a 5% reduction in discount allowed, unless the items are in stock at the time the order is placed.
Orders requiring system drawings will also have a discount reduction.
- Shipments requiring wooden crates will have extra charges for crating (to cover the cost of plywood).
- When ordering, please use only KOBELT part numbers.
- The minimum order size is $30.
