The 7035 is a Kobelt designed mechanism, used with Kobelt helm pumps, that eliminates the universal joint, allowing the wheel and helm pump to move up and down without affecting the connections or hoses and incurring leaks. 

The 7035 tilting mechanism provides 5 locking positions at 10 degree increments for a total movement of 50 degrees. The 7035 is only available for 2 helm pump sizes, the 7031 with 2 to 2.6 cu. in. volume per turn and the 7004 with 2.4 to 4.5 cu. in. volume per turn.
