Medium duty ventilated disc, 1-1/4" x 2-1/2" [32mm x 64mm] series

The 1-1/4" series air ventilated discs are intended to be paired with the Kobelt 5020 caliper brake (5020-A, 5020-H or 5020-SA) for medium duty applications.  They are the disc of choice for medium duty tensioning and braking applications across all industries. The 1-1/4" series discs are available in 12" [305mm], 15" [381mm], 18" [457mm], 20" [508mm], 21" [533mm], 24" [610mm], 27" [686mm] and 30" [762mm] nominal diameters. 

Cast in ductile iron, the 1-1/4" series brake discs are also available in bronze and can be supplied to fit between AGMA standard gear coupling halves or machined to specific mounting configurations as required by our customers.
