The 7163 is designed to be mechanically connected to the rudder stock, to feed back rudder angle position data to auto-pilots, rudder angle indicators, and full follow-up control systems.
The 7163 is available with up to 3 potentiometers, 3 trim pots, and 2 micro switches, and is constructed of bronze and stainless steel for durability. Standard 1kΩ potentiometers.
